Return & Exchange Policy
We will gladly accept returns and exchanges for items returned within 30 days from the order date. We will only accept returned goods that are in the same condition as when sent.
If you wish to have an exchange or report a faulty item, please contact Customer Service: e. email@example.com, before returning your merchandise. You will receive an email with instructions on how to package and return your item. Please include your name, address, order number, phone number, and instructions on what you would like for us to do (refund or exchange). Also, be sure to include which item(s) you want to exchange for.
A refund will be issued to the original payment card that was used for the purchase within 5 days of receipt of the return. This refund will include the full value of the items returned, including US taxes, but excluding shipping cost and a $5 restocking fee (fee will not be charged for defective or damaged items).
How do I log into the Scholar Shop?
When placing your first order through the Envision Scholar Shop you must create a store account. When you are ready to check out you will be prompted to log in. On the log in screen select “Click here to register” to create your store account.
How do I know what size to order?
Each sized product has a size chart with measurements listed within the description of the product.
What payment methods do you take?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. No other forms of payment are accepted. All orders must be placed online and are charged in US Dollars.
I placed an order and need to make a change, who do I contact?

How do I know if my order went through?
Once an order is placed you are taken to a confirmation screen that shows your order number. A confirmation email is automatically sent to you with your order details. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk mail filter.
Will I receive an email receipt?
A receipt will be emailed to you immediately after submitting your order.
Why is Ironmark listed on my Credit Card statement?
Envision’s Scholar Shop is hosted and managed by Ironmark, Inc.
Do you charge Sales Tax?
Only orders shipping to MD, DC and VA.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders will ship via UPS SurePost®. Final delivery is provided by the U.S. Postal Service.

Our fulfillment facility is located in Hanover, Maryland 21076
When will my order be shipped?
In-stock orders are shipped within 2 business days (M - F) from the date the order was placed. If an order is placed after 5pm EST then the order's process will begin the following business day. A shipment confirmation email will be sent at this time. If an order is delayed in shipping for any reason a Customer Service Representative will reach out to you.
How do I know when my order ships?
You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order is leaving our warehouse. The confirmation will include the tracking number and the arrival date.
When will my order be delivered?
You'll receive an email once your order ships with a tracking link. Transit times below are estimates as UPS SurePost® is not a day definite service.
Within the contiguous United States: 2 to 7 days after tendered to the U.S. Postal Service
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories: 7 to 14 days after tendered to the U.S. Postal Service APO/FPO addresses: 3 to 6 weeks after tendered to the U.S. Postal Service
Will all the products I ordered ship together?
Yes, multiple product orders will ship together. If an item is on back order at the time your order is placed, we will contact you to determine how to proceed.
Do you ship to countries outside of the US?
No, we are able to ship merchandise to international locations.
During the checkout process you are required to enter certain pieces of personal information, including but not limited to email address, name, phone and shipping address. We collect this information in order to process your order. No personal information will be shared with any third parties.
